F.R. 2.0 – Quarto e quinto posto per BVM Minardi in gara1

Dopo la buona trasferta sul tracciato di Brno, il team BVM Minardi Racing ha riacceso i suoi propulsori sulla storica pista di Spa, terza tappa del campionato Italiano di F. Renault 2.0

Fin dalle prove libere i tre portacolori giallo-blu si mettono in mostra riuscendo a conquistare le posizioni di vertice, sia in assetto da asciutto che con pista bagnata.

Le qualifiche si svolgono con pista asciutta e fino a metà sessione la monoposto del brasiliano Cesar Ramos accupava saldamente la prima posizione, per poi scendere fino alla quarta piazza con il miglior crono di 2.21.994, a 5 dec dalla pole posizione firmata Michele Faccin su Jenzer. Con il quinto tempo il giovane inglese Adrian Quaife Hobbs che ferma il suo cronometro a 2’22″093. Leggermente attardato rispetto al gruppo il terzo driver, l’italiano Zampieri che si deve accontentare del decimo tempo (2’22″825), alle spalle della Cram di Genis Olive.

Al via Cesar Ramos non è autore di una buona partenza e viene così sfilato da due avversari e alla fine del primo giro occupa la sesta piazza alle spalle di Sergio Campana e Siso Cunill. Giro dopo giro riesce però a recuperare il terreno perso riuscendo a sopravanzare i due avversari e conquistando così un buon quarto posto. L’inglese Adrian è ancora una volta protagonista di una gara regolare e intelligente: partito dalla terza fila con il sesto tempo riesce a risalire fino alla quinta posizione, alle spalle del compagno. Ancora una gara sfortunata per l’italiano Daniel Zampieri, costretto ad abbandonare anticipatamente la sua corsa a causa della rottura del cambio.

After posting good on the track of Brno, the team BVM Minardi Racing has rekindled its thrusters on the historic track of Spa, the third leg of the Italian league by F. Renault 2.0

Since the three free practice portacolori yellow-blue put on display managing to win the top positions, both in attitude by dry with wet track.

The qualifications are held with dry track and up to half session of the single-seater Brazilian Cesar Ramos accupava the first position firmly, and then fell to fourth place with the best crono of 2.21.994, 5 dec from pole position Michele signed on Faccin Jenzer. With the fifth time the young English Adrian Quaife Hobbs stopping his stopwatch to 2’22 “093. Slightly attardato group compared to the third driver, Italian Zampieri that must be satisfied with the tenth time (2’22” 825), behind the Cram Genis of Olives.

At the start Cesar Ramos is not author a good start and is thus marched from two opponents and the end of the first lap occupies the sixth place behind Sergio Campana and Siso Cunill. Lap after lap but managed to recover the ground lost managing to outstrip the two opponents and winning a good fourth place. English Adrian is once again the protagonist of a regular and intelligent race: party from the third row with the sixth time can be traced back up to fifth position, behind the companion. Once unfortunate race for Italian Daniel Zampieri, forced to abandon his race early because of the collapse of the exchange.
